MPE on MIDIpad Progression, and a fix for third-party PS4 controllers

Improvements

  • MIDIpad Progression sends MPE, with each note following the energy and timbre of the string playing it.
  • Chords notes start at their string's full timbre however hard you play, so Slide reaches its Highest.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed the controller on the stage disappearing, and the tutorial's labels piling up in the top left corner, with some third-party PS4 controllers.
